Behind every workshop, every job and every vehicle is a team of people and sometimes, the people who seem like they're doing absolutely fine aren't.
This World Mental Health Day, we're starting a conversation about men's mental health in the automotive industry.
Workshop environments can be busy, physical and demanding, and it's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day without checking in with the people around you.
Sometimes it can be as simple as asking how they are, and, importantly, taking the time to actually listen to the answer.
Look after your mates, check in with your team, and don't be afraid to talk.
