If you need food bank support, please contact Citizens Advice or the local Village Agent to arrange a referral (see links below). They can also help you find other support you may need.

The foodbank works by referral only, so requests cannot be made directly. Please ask the person referring you to include any food allergies or intolerances and whether you need baby products.

Please ensure referrals arrive by 4pm on Thursday. As the service is run by volunteers, collections are arranged around the team’s availability. Messages received after the deadline will be processed the following week.

The foodbank does not offer walk ins or emergency parcels.

Somerset Art Weeks Festival 2026 has come to an end and we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who made it possible: from our incredible SAW artists, to partners, and workshop participants, and all the visitors who helped to make this year special.

We’ve seen incredible exhibitions, exciting new commissions, rich conversations and inspiring workshops which we hope will stay with everyone for weeks to come.

Why might we signpost you to Pharmacy First?
For the 7 common conditions, pharmacists will follow a robust clinical pathway which includes self care and safety-netting advice and, only if appropriate, supplying a restricted set of prescription only medicines without the need to visit a GP.
Pharmacies have private consultation rooms that can be used for consultations with patients, and pharmacists can see patients for clinical services without always needing an appointment.
After a consultation with the pharmacist, the pharmacy will send a notification to the patient’s GP on the same day or on the following working day.
