Advanced Service Centre is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who knows the motor trade, understands vehicles and repairs, and most importantly, knows how to deliver exceptional customer service.

This is a busy role within a professional, fast-paced workshop, so we need someone who is confident, organised and able to deal with customers professionally from booking through to vehicle collection.

👨‍🔧 What we’re looking for:

✅ Previous experience within the motor trade
✅ Strong knowledge of vehicles and workshop repairs
✅ Excellent customer service & communication skills
✅ Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
✅ Able to explain technical work clearly to customers
✅ Organised and able to manage a busy workload
✅ Professional attitude and appearance
✅ Team player with a good work ethic

💰 Salary

£30,000+ per year – depending on experience

🕐 Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
1-in-1-out Saturday rota

🔧 VEHICLE TECHNICIAN (LEVEL 3)

Salary: £40k+ (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8 am - 5.30 pm ( Saturday 8am- 1pm on an alternating week basis ) one on one off
overtime available

The Role

We are looking for two qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technicians to join our growing team. You will be working on a wide range of vehicles carrying out:
• Servicing and maintenance
• Repairs and fault finding
• Diagnostics (depending on experience)
• MOT preparation (MOT licence desirable but not essential)

Requirements
• NVQ / IMI Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Minimum 3 years’ workshop experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own tools
• MOT Tester licence desirable but not essential
