Hello all, It's been a good minute since we have posted anything on our page but will be changing that shortly. Even though it's a little late a happy new year !. So something a little different if not satisfying. This little Agila came in unloved and unwanted. And after some "Greasy Reecey" treatment its went from an ugly duckly to a beautifull Swan (as beautifull as an agila can be ðŸĪĒ😎ðŸĪŠ) fresh mot and away to its new home !.

Out in the wild today working on a Renault Laguna Three. The height of French "suaveness" however this one was in a bit of a pickle when the owner said his abs light had come on and the hand brake was absolutely Barry White. After taking off the rear discs to have a look and seeing the condition, we decided moving forward it was best for some new discs and pads. Caliper and carriers were given a very good cleanup and with the new discs and pads looks great!. The abs sensor has had a very interesting repair 😅ðŸĪĢ😎 so after deliberating we have a new Stub on its way to help make the owners day !.

Had a cheeky meriva in with no mot and a host of knocks bangs and squeaks. Was driving his owner round the bend. Also complained of it driving like a barge in a ......... had a look at a majority of the components and decided some replacement parts were necessary. New tie rod ends, arms, shocks all round along with a good engine service and brake service, car is mot'd and the customer says its driving like a new car !. Even found some greenery when removing covers to get into the top strut mounts 😅ðŸĪĶ‍♂ïļ. Another hero back on the road thanks for your business Brian! ðŸĪĐ

Sorry for the lack of posts been a busy boy!. Today had the pleasure of working on this beefy bake ! ðŸĪĐ. Customer was complaining of a loss of power and limp mode kicking in and ruining his fun. After getting the car diagnostic on to it managed to track it down to an egr fault ðŸĪ”. Turns out a few vacuum hoses had also seen the test of time. A few hours later after attacking it with egr cleaner and sorting some pestering hoses and a missing arm clip for the turbo. We now have full power no engine lights and a happy customer keep on trucking Daniel!

Working on a wee clio today, changing a rumbling wheel bearing and sticking brakes. Old bearing was fair set in its way but the Clarke strong arm soon got it told. New wheel bearing and abs sensor reset along with the brakes having a good clean up and service (per customer request). Car is driving as it should be.
