Northerly Explorer heading for Westray tonight - a great night to see the Northern Lights 🚤

Northerly Venture back in the water ready to start work.
Thanks to the local contractors for there help getting the venture ready.

We have some jobs to Finish - upgrading the soundproofing and gearboxes to overhall over winter.
The Venture is coded for 12+2 and available for charter/bareboat charter.
There is a moonpool - A frame and various survey poles available.

Northerly Venture heading for Stromness 🚤

Today we purchased the Northerly Venture.
We are heading for Kirkwall tonight and have her booked in to Burray Boatyard for a refit in the next few weeks.
She will soon be available for crew transfer and survey work 🚤🚤

A quick response from WDMechanical to find and fix the fault and get the Sula back in action.

This outboard was acting up with a high idle and occasional stalling, but it's now back to work and running smoothly for a commercial customer.

Northerly Explorer recently at Burray Boatyard for a refit, time was tight between contracts but as always the boys at the yard worked hard and had all the work done in 4 days including the midterm Mecal survey.

We get asked about fishing trips regularly so we have purchased an Alaskan Twinsea for trips. We will advertise it on - Orkney Boat Tours page for dates and bookings. We are doing some modifications to the wheelhouse and will be ready for trips in the next few weeks 🎣🐟🐡🎏
