This ZX9R came in with a clutch that only started slipping once the bike was properly up to temperature and put under hard acceleration.

Stripped the clutch down and found one of the friction plates had broken apart inside the basket 😬

New EBC friction plates and heavy-duty springs fitted and she’s all back together. Just waiting for some dry weather to give it a proper road test. 🏍️💨

The strip down continues as we start to tear down this top end and expose the damage.

🇮🇹 Another Ducati Multistrada V4S in yesterday for a basic service 😎

Fresh oil & filter, brakes stripped and serviced properly. Chain degreased, cleaned, adjusted and lubed. Tyre pressures sorted and a good thorough check over the bike.

This bike was apparently serviced 2k miles ago at the dealer… 😳

Finished off with the diagnostics and annual service reminder reset 👌

Absolutely cracking bit of kit this thing, now all sorted and back with its owner 👍
