Hi, please can I take the opportunity to thank you and your team in your assistance in the recovery of our Daughters car yesterday on the A92 between Cowdenbeath and Crossgates

The service was absolutely brilliant, the recovery man Kenny was totally professional in every aspect and was also really assuring.

We didn’t wait long before I received a phone call from Kenny asking where we were and what was the situation, Kenny reassured me on the phone and helped me become more calm and gave me every bit of advice I would require and then advised me how quickly he would be there.

I called the police and they arrived to close the lane and asked me how long the recovery truck would be and I said 10 minutes and as I said it Kenny arrived exactly when he said he would.

The level of service you and Kenny provided was fantastic and its great to know there are companies there to help people in situations like that

Huge shout out to the gentleman from Fife Accident Repair Centre Ltd, (so sorry- forgot to ask your name 🤭) who came out to me this evening when my car developed an electrical fault miles from home, started juddering and shuddering and lights and warning messages started flashing up everywhere😱.
What a friendly, helpful and kind gent you were, got me back on the road in a very short space of time, and followed at the back of me for about 10 miles to make sure all was well
My cheeky car is usually the most reliable of beasts, but clearly was feeling out of sorts today, until you sweet-talked them into behaving 😂😂

This is to thank you and in particular Richard who had the assignment to rescue our stranded vehicle on the M90 last night and then transport my wife and I vehicle to Lanark.
We must commend Richard on his extraordinary service, which was incredibly customer focused. He was calm and collected and soon put us at ease with his easy, patient and understanding manner. He fully understood the stresses of being stranded on a busy motorway. He was efficient, quick and a very good advert for your company, of whom, believe me, he speaks very highly.
A thank you seemed so little in the face of a long recovery, but please do pass on our deepest gratitude to him.
Your company delivered an excellent recovery and I will give you a review to Start Rescue, my breakdown provider.

Fife Accident Repair Centre Ltd (Fife recovery Services)

We are now looking to recruit additional staff living in the following areas KIRKCALDY, GLENROTHES (surrounding areas will be considered) to deal with vehicle roadside assistance/recovery and road traffic accidents

Applicants will require to be mechanically minded to be able to carry out light roadside repairs (wheel changes, flat battery’s etc.) have the ability to work on own initiative, good communication skills, friendly manner, able to work in all weather conditions, have good knowledge of road networks, towns and local villages within Fife and central Scotland.

Clean drivers’ licence (preferred) with no more than 3 points hold a driver licence able to drive vehicles up to and include 7.5t minimum, have an up-to-date drivers Tacho card and CPC card.

Working 5 days per week Friday 8am - Tuesday 8pm 24 hour on call from home and roadside, 28 days holiday per year, basic salary £31200.00 plus bonuses for out of hours’ jobs 8pm - 8am.

Full in-house training will be given to successful candidates along with the appropriate PPE equipment.

Note: all applicants will have to go through a stringent vetting process by (Police Scotland)

Hi Guys. Just wanted to give you a huge thank you and a big shout out. One of your guys (I'm sorry I didn't get his name), came out to us on Sunday night when we broke down in Ruby Bay car park near Elie. He was fantastic, diagnosed the issue and was so friendly and polite. We found a garage the next morning that could take our motorhome and you sent out a second driver to recover us. (Sorry I didn't get his name either). He was also extremely friendly and helpful and recovered us to the garage in Glenrothes. We are extremely grateful to you for your excellent service and highly recommend you to anyone in the area who needs assistance.
