Learning something new is always challenging.
If things haven't gone quite to plan with your driving goals, reflect on what you learned from those challenges and use that to keep going.

We all revert back to previous experiences 🧠

Ever wondered why you repeat the same habits even when you intended to do it differently next time? Your brain works like a filing system and draws on past experience to decide the best course of action.

Our online course about stress explains more about how this works and is included as part of our Nervous Drivers Calming Kit.

This might be controversial, but driving test nerves get a bad rap!
They are automatically labelled as bad, YET a certain level of nerves can be a good thing.

* At the right level, they can improve performance
* They ensure you are focused and ready for action
* They are a sign that this is something you care about, that is important to you
* The physical sensations are similar to feelings of excitement

Try to reconsider how you interpret driving test nerves, from scared to excited, to demonstrate you are ready to drive solo in the future.
