Audi S3 – Stage 3 complete.

This one didn’t come easy. Previously tuned by us at Stage 2, now stepped up to full Stage 3 with a Garrett PowerMax, multi-map setup, and rolling launch enabled.

We’ll be straight — this car was a massive headache to tune.
From PCV issues to injector problems, it threw just about everything at us once we started pushing harder. And that’s exactly what happens when you chase numbers, especially when aiming for the 500hp mark.

A lot of issues don’t show themselves at lower power levels — but once you’re leaning on the car, they come straight out of the woodwork.

If you’ve been to us for MQB tuning (which we do a lot of), you’ll know how we work:

MK7.5 Golf R in for our custom Stage 2 ECU calibration, including map switching with features such as rolling launch, alongside a custom DSG (TCU) calibration.

The vehicle arrived already tuned, producing 374 BHP and 456 Nm. After multiple in-depth revisions and data-led optimisation, output was increased to 408 BHP and 526 Nm of torque.

In addition to the headline figures, attention was focused on earlier boost response, optimised shift strategy, and holding power consistently throughout the rev range, delivering a significantly stronger and more refined driving experience.

All ECU and DSG calibrations are developed in-house and tailored specifically to the vehicle and its supporting modifications.

Just finished up a Stage 1 tune on this stunning V8 Rs4 — and even better, it’s one of only three ever made in this colour! 🔧🔥

These naturally aspirated V8s don’t make the huge peak number jumps you see on turbo cars, but that’s never been what this platform is about. What does change is how the power is delivered.

With the Stage 1 map, the whole rev range is smoother, throttle response is sharper, and there’s a solid bump in mid-range torque and power. It now pulls cleaner, harder, and more confidently everywhere you actually use it.

It’s all about unlocking that extra bit of refinement and drivability these engines deserve — and this rare example transformed beautifully. 👌🔥

Proper Tuning. Real Performance.

We had this Abarth 595 1.4T Competizione (180HP) in for tuning and diagnostics after the owner suspected issues with the previous tune. What we found was shocking—one of the worst calibrations we’ve ever seen. On the dyno, the car struggled to even make 173BHP, less than its factory power, forcing us to abort the run early due to serious concerns in the live data.

To ensure the car’s safety, we returned the ECU to stock, and immediately, the logs looked as they should, with power restored to near factory levels. From there, we set about tuning it the right way—not chasing unrealistic “pub talk” figures but focusing on true performance, drivability, and reliability.

With the larger Garrett turbo equipped on these 180HP models, we safely took this Abarth to a proper 200-205BHP Stage 1, delivering aggressive power, strong mid-range torque, and a car that performs where it matters most.
