In 1931 Johnstones Garage was founded when Hardy Johnstone purchased the premises from Hartley Parkinson. Initially the business grew by the sale of the famous Grey Ferguson tractors to local farmers. The association with the Ford Motor Company began as a retail dealer over 60 years ago, from where the family business has continued to develop through personal customer care. Alot has changed over t

he decades, with todays cars delivering a driving experience that could barley be imagined back in the sixties, but our commitment to satisfying customers needs is as strong as it was back then. With two generations of the family supported by loyal members of staff that help us to deliver a personal service steeped in tradition. The business continues to expand to meet the demands of the 21st century supplying vehilces to Cumbria, North Yorkshire , Co Durham and Lancashire.

MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING

☕ We are holding our Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday 25th September...please come along for coffee/tea and many wonderful cakes 🍰😊
We are also holding a raffle with lots of lovely prizes 😍Tickets available now from the office or fuel kiosk... £1 per strip.
We will have boxes of cakes available to pre order (delivery can be arranged) or collect on the day.

Pick up your mini scarecrow kit from Johnstone's Garage, get creative, and make your own mini scarecrow! £1 per entry

Return your finished scarecrow to the Rugby Club by 29th August to enter the competition and be part of the display.

Judging takes place on 30th August, with prizes to be won!
