Job Opportunity : Receptionist / Multi-rolls

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Receptionist here at South West 4x4 Ltd.
We are looking for a full-time person who's many duties will include:
- Answering the telephone
- Organising diaries for both general work & MOT's
- Organising Suppliers parts for cars & workshop
- Organising flow of work through workshop
- Creating Invoices & inputting Bills in to the accounting package
- Updating customer service sheets
- Checking in & out courtesy cars
- Keeping areas clean & tidy
