When you see this car or any car supervising a learner ,please remember we teach our clients to drive safely within the law, let's break that down !

When the speed limit is 20 we will teach them to stick to 20, even though you may feel you can go faster on that stretch of road!

Driving up close behind , nodding you head, hand gestures, flashing lights or even beeping the horn is not going to make us go any faster!

Speeds are there for a reason , stick behind us and use us as a guidance to stop yourselves going over !

With anxiety and mental health on the increase it takes us along time to build up their confidence and a sheer second to take it away when they look in the mirror and see an angry driver close up behind , nodding heads and giving hand gestures, literally making them feel like rubbish for sticking at the speed limit.

Please be patient, keep your distance and we will be out of your way in no time!

Thank you for your patience 😊

Borrowed from another instructor it's a rough time all round at the minute for pupils and instructors what a big mess it all is.

πŸš—πŸš—πŸš—πŸš—. DVSA REMINDER πŸš—πŸš—πŸš—πŸš—

We’re reminding learner drivers about unofficial apps and scams
As you know, since 12 May 2026, only learner drivers have been allowed to book, change, swap or cancel a car driving test.

The new terms and conditions for the booking service mean that learner drivers are not allowed to:

use unofficial apps, websites or services that scan the driving test booking service looking for appointments
give someone else their details so they can book a car driving test for them
We’re reminding learner drivers
We’re emailing learner drivers to remind them to stop using any apps or tools that search for driving tests for them. They must only use GOV.UK to manage their booking.

We’re reminding them that if they use an app or tool that searches for driving tests, we will:

suspend their ability to manage their test online – they will then only be able to make changes or book a new test by phone
cancel their booking
Our top priority is making the system fairer for all learners.

We are continuously monitoring activity and where misuse is clearly identified – including cases where a learner has not legitimately booked their test or where our terms and conditions are breached – we will take appropriate action, up to and including cancellation of the test.

We’re also reminding learners about the dangers of trying to book or get an earlier test through anyone on social media.

Help us get the message to your pupils
Please remind your pupils of 3 simple things:

do not use unofficial apps or websites to find or book a test slot
do not book a test through anyone on social media
only ever use GOV.UK – it is free and secure
We’ve published guidance for your pupils about this.

Find out more about the risks of unofficial driving test booking services and social media scams.

Thank you for your continued support in helping to make the system fairer for every learner.

We all need to look πŸ‘€ but properly please keep safe 🏍️😎

Today sees the start of a two week campaign by the National Police Chiefs Council to try and reduce the number of motorcyclists killed or seriously injured (KSI) on our roads.

If out riding, please ride safely and sensibly, look out for those who may not see you and ensure you ride within your abilities. Between 2022 and 2025 our Lincolnshire KSI statistics show that 71% of those collisions involving bikes involved bikers from Lincolnshire. The stats also show that in 58% of those collisions, the biker would have been considered as responsible. What this tells us, is that we ALL have a responsibility for our actions and to look out for each other, regardless of what we are driving or riding.
