DVSA getting some stick on this one. Most don't seem to realise roads are not in their remit.

"Roadworthy" isn't just a word, it's your legal obligation. Your vehicles must meet all UK standards for:

Using, or even modifying, a vehicle in a way that violates these laws is a criminal offence.

Quite a jigsaw puzzle here. Three timing chains on this engine. All replaced along with tensioners and guides. Much quieter now.

Not in our workshop this time, but we have to admire a 101 year old car in such good condition actually being used.

Split tyre found during MOT test. Otherwise in good condition. Strangely only affected inside side wall of tyre and only visible with wheel bearing vehicles weight. In other words, not likely to be found by jacking car up or taking wheel off.
