Over helping our friend at Autospa Valeting & Detailing out of a noisy jam.

We could hear this extreme whirring noise from inside the cab at the drivers side with Ryan experiencing a bit of business expansion this was the last thing he needed.

But we got that wheel bearing ordered picked up and replaced same day and back out on the road all in a few hours, job done.

In Chryston today to replace the particulate matter sensor on this lovely big 5 Series BMW, diagnosed with the customer a few days ago no issues, got the parts ordered and back out within a few days.

Over to Mollinsburn this morning for this customers lovely BMW 6series.

They’ve been have some trouble with the rear light and water in the boot, so we stripped it all out to allow it to dry out and diagnosed the faults with the lights, inner boot seal was hanging off and the seal on the OSR light assembly has failed allowing water ingress to build up and cause the plug to corrode and fry. We’re also replacing the customers drivers armrest console as not opening.

All parts have been ordered ready for a return visit as soon as they arrive, customer more than happy as managed to squeeze the diagnosis in early today.

Couple of Major services done on these customers cars this week.

Was a wet and dreary day this one a few days ago for us at MMMS but we got the job done nonetheless.

This customers Dacia was getting a major service and front pads and discs.

So we done an oil and filter change, air filter, pollen filter and spark plugs and an inspection no issues there.

Replaced the front pads and discs as they were getting quite low and causing some problems with rust build up, cleaned up the caliper carrier and cleaned and re-greased the slides, built everything back up and bedded the brakes in which also got rid of those dirty hand prints I’d left on the brakes😂 job done and vehicle back to customer.

A wee ‘snowmer’ today on this customers lovely Audi A3 ❄️🚗

In for some well needed front and rear pads and discs so we done this for our customer no problem at all

Jacked the vehicle up and on axle stands (wheel is just under car as that’s what I do there is axle stands on both sides as well as the jack itself still) and we replaced front and rear pads and discs, cleaned up caliper carriers from excess rust/grime, and cleaned and re-greased the slides, built everything back up and we were good to go😊 quick pump of the pedal and a bed in of the brakes, job done.

Over to Falkirk this afternoon to rescue this customers lovely corsa VXR.

Customers back box had split and was causing a few issues, so we set about tackling the removal(being very careful as this car was very much lowered), back box off no dramas and we fitted a modified cobra backbox in its place, new rubber mounts and new clamp and sealed with exhaust paste, job done and another happy customer.

Over to Westfield to sort out this customers lovely Crossland X with some well needed new brakes.

The discs were very scored and lipped front and rear and the inner pads were nearly metal to metal on the front and rear again, forgot to take some before pictures of the rear.

So we replaced the front and rear pads and discs and greasing all caliper slides, wheels on and torqued then adjust the handbrake, job done and a happy customer as the job was completed within his time scale no problem.

Next up we have this customers lovely Subaru Impreza wrx sti😍 this thing is a beaut for its age👌🏻

Customer was complaining of the alarm going off non stop at random occasions even though everything was closed and locked, so again we done or diagnosis and we discovered that the siren itself was faulty which is quite a common fault on this year as it sits under the skirting panel and water gets into the siren unit and causes faults, so we replaced this with a new one and we were all good problem solved.

We are now currently doing some pre MOT work on this car for it to be MOT’d and then sold if anyone is looking for a good buy on a scooby then here she is, I’m sure the customer will have an ad up as soon as it’s MOT’d this is just to get some feelers out as well if anyone’s interested🤙🏻
