Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Dash Claims for taking care of my non-fault accident just under three weeks ago after I was involved in a hit-and-run by a large HGV lorry at a roundabout.

I phoned Dash Claims straight away, and within just one hour of the accident, my car had been taken to the body shop and I was already in a hire car. This meant there was no disruption to my driving school business, and I was able to get straight back to work.

Dash handled every part of the process, meaning no stress for me dealing with insurers or chasing updates about the damage. I received regular updates throughout on the progress of my car and the expected return timeline.

Overall, an amazing service from start to finish, and I’m delighted to have the “Dark Knight” back on the road again!

I’d like to thank Dash Claims and Dash Hire Cars for their outstanding support following my non-fault accident today. Within just 20 minutes of the incident, I contacted Sandy at Dash Claims, who calmly talked me through exactly what to do and handled everything efficiently.

Thanks to his help, I was back on the road within an hour. The level of service was truly impressive, and I can’t thank him enough for how quickly and professionally everything was managed.
