CarPro CQuartz 3.0 was carefully applied to the red paintwork and gloss black, adding durable protection and enhancing its already impressive gloss. The glass was also sealed to improve water repellency and visibility in wet conditions, alloy faces polished and coated followed by the final finishing touches.

With the paintwork fully cleaned and decontaminated, the sensitive areas were masked before machine polishing began.

On this occasion a lighter single stage of machine polishing was chosen to optimally improve the clarity and gloss of the red paintwork, reducing unnecessary clear coat removal, while preparing the surface for the coating. We then carried out a full IPA panel wipe to remove any remaining polishing oils and leave the paintwork completely bare.

Now it’s ready for protection.

We started with a full safe wash before chemically and mechanically decontaminating the paintwork with a clay bar. The MINI was then thoroughly rinsed and dried, leaving a completely clean and smooth surface ready for the polishing stage.

The customer plans to keep this MINI for three years, so rather than allowing the paintwork to deteriorate and trying to correct it later, they chose to protect it properly from the beginning.

The process included a full safe wash, chemical and clay decontamination, machine polishing, an IPA panel wipe and the application of CarPro CQuartz 3.0, along with protection for the exterior glass and alloys.

The result is richer colour, sharper reflections and a slick, glossy finish—but the real benefit comes after the car leaves us.

The ceramic coating creates a durable protective layer that makes the vehicle easier to clean, helps dirt and road grime release more readily, produces excellent water behaviour and supports the condition of the paintwork throughout ownership.

BMW iX3 - Gloss Enhancement and 2-Year Ceramic Coating - Casino Royale

Only 1,000 miles on the clock — so we started as we mean to go on.

The owner of this BMW wanted the paintwork protected properly from the beginning.

We advised them to skip the dealership wash and let us prepare the car for the coating.

From there, we took care of everything:

• Thorough safe wash
• Chemical decontamination including glue removal of dealership stickers
• Paintwork inspection
• Minor swirl removal and refinement
• Panel preparation
• 2-year ceramic coating applied

Even with only 1,000 miles covered, we found minor defects that were worth addressing before locking in the finish.
