TC Titanium fasteners and parts It all started from rebuilding a classic Mini only to see the new steel parts rust when stored in a garage over the winter.

Rear brake adjusters would seize and fasteners would become ugly from rust. Titanium is corrosion proof but also 45% lighter than steel, so titanium parts are a good replacement to standard parts. The motorbike side of titanium parts is long established, but at Titan Classics we design our own parts and modelled similar to the original parts, so they'll fit and compliment the original look of your

beautiful bike without ever worrying about rust again. Titanium bolts on disc will also reduce revolving mass giving increased acceleration and deceleration. Many classic bikes have parts that are out of production and it is the aim of TItan Classics to replicate a lot of these parts, but in long lasting titanium.

The OEM foam parts being nearly 40 years old will be perished by now so this is a great replacement for those. They're squashy like the original to absorb vibration. Same cut outs and accurately copied from the original dimensions.
Available on the Titan Classics website.
I could probably print them in a different colour if you like, just give it an extra day or two before I ship them out.

Printed in ASA on the Bambu H2D with HIPS support.
Hips is dissimilar to ASA so it separates with a better surface finish beneath. Although the HIPS was black so there's bits of black still stuck on the bottom
