💨 Starved of Air… Now Breathing Easy Again 💨

This truck rolled in with extreme lack of power — barely wanted to move.
A quick investigation later and the culprit was obvious: some very enthusiastic off‑roading had packed the air intake and air filter full of mud. No airflow, no power, no chance.

New filter fitted, intake fully cleaned out, and she’s back to feeling fresh again.
The customer can get back to feeling the wind in their hair — and the truck can finally feel the wind through its intake pipes where it belongs.

Another simple fix with a big result.

BEFORE & AFTER: Manifold Clean at ADR

This one came in seriously choked up — the manifold was so blocked it barely had any airflow left. No wonder the poor thing felt underpowered.

A full strip‑down and deep clean later, and it’s running like it’s got a brand‑new lease of life.
Smoother, happier, and actually able to breathe again.

A blocked manifold like this doesn’t just rob performance — it increases fuel consumption, causes poor throttle response, and puts unnecessary strain on the engine. Once the carbon is removed and airflow is restored, the difference is immediate.

ADR Performance Centre is a well-established, family-run business specialising in 4x4s.We handle a wide range of vehicle jobs, from routine maintenance, complex repairs to performance modifications and fabrication. The Role / What We’re Looking For:

- Level 3 Mechanic qualification
- Perform a broad range of mechanical repairs, diagnostics and maintenance tasks
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to keep the workshop running smoothly
- Must be comfortable working independently when required
- Welding experience preferred but not essential
-Strong practical skills with flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of mechanical tasks
- Passion for the job and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage time effectively and think on your feet
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Capable of heavy lifting
- Overtime availability
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Ryan
Founder, 4x4 specialist, and the man customers will happily travel miles for. If it’s tricky, muddy, or everyone else has said “good luck with that,” he’s already halfway through fixing it. Professional multi-tasker, skilled, and only slightly dangerous when scrolling Marketplace for “just one more project.”

Charlotte
The organiser who keeps the lads in line, the systems tight, and the yard from turning into Ryan’s personal scrapyard/ project museum. She’s the structure, the clarity, and the voice behind every “no, seriously, we do not have space for another truck.”
