I've recreated the obsolete clock surrounds for the RGV250 VJ21 (1989-1991) which out of production.
As you can see from the OEM part the foam has perished so it's good to have these parts recreated and available.
They're squashy just like the OEM parts to dampen vibration while riding.

Hips is dissimilar to ASA so it separates with a better surface finish beneath. Although the HIPS was black so there's bits of black still stuck on the bottom
I'm making an acetone vapour smoothing box with a fan to vapour smooth the surface.

This is a 3D printed in ASA part for the RGV250 VJ21 and VJ22 recreated because the OEM part has been obsolete for a number of years.
I can print it in black like the OEM part. This happened to be white because I was testing it in different filament types.
It's good to keep obsolete parts available

Took a few hours but quite fun to make. Not really expecting to sell many, if any at all, but it's nice to make obsolete parts available.
