Crouch Recovery is looking for a detail driven Invoice Administrator to join our team. Supporting the financial and operational workflow within our busy National Control Centre in Kibworth, Leicestershire.

Key responsibilities:
🔸 Accurately analysing, processing, and validating invoices in line with customer and contractual requirements.
🔸 Uploading and processing invoices across internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance standards.
🔸 Maintaining clear, organised digital and physical records to support audit and reporting needs.
🔸 Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve invoice or payment queries.
🔸 Supporting general administrative tasks, including handling calls and assisting the call centre when required.
🔸 Using Microsoft Office, email, PDF, and Word to manage documentation, reporting, and communication.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Highly attentive to detail with a thorough, methodical approach.
✔️ Calm and accurate when working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
