🚗 A FIRST FOR DRIVING SKILLS ACADEMY 💙
Today we became the first driving school to train ALL of our driving instructors in the Drive Calm® system.
Why does that matter?
Because learning to drive isn't just about steering, gears and roundabouts.
For many learners, nerves, anxiety, confidence and the fear of getting things wrong can be some of the biggest barriers to making progress.
That's why we've invested in training our entire instructor team with Drive Calm®. from https://confidentdrivers.co.uk/
The training gives instructors practical tools and techniques to better understand driving anxiety, emotional regulation and confidence building, helping us adapt our lessons to the individual sitting beside us.
So whether you're a nervous beginner, worried about your driving test, returning to driving after a difficult experience, or simply someone who needs a little more confidence, you'll be learning with an instructor who has invested in understanding the person behind the wheel.
We're incredibly proud of our team for embracing continued professional development and helping us raise the standard of driver training across Northamptonshire.
