Big CONGRATULATIONS to Bea 🎉 who has passed her test first time at Skipton, in her own car and with just 4 driver faults 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Bea has been a brilliant driver from the very start. She listened to everything she was taught, did a ton of practice at home and became a real natural. Shes been desperate to pass and let loose on the roads and all her hardwork has now paid off 👏🏻 well done again, enjoy the road 🚗💨

Big CONGRATULATIONS to Jack 🎉 who has passed his test first time at Steeton, with just 2 driver faults 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Jack has become my new shortest pupil, having just 11 lessons!! This guy was desperate, desperate to be able to drive and be on the road freely. Jack was a complete and utter natural. Totally understood the workings and control of the car, the basics of driving were a breeze, just very very comfortable behind the wheel. He started as soon as he could from his birthday, had his own car and did a mass of driving practice at home. We rattled through everything, he got a mega late cancellation and cracked on with mocks. And actually, the mocks weren't great! But, he learnt from the mistakes made, acknowledged what was required for test and got himself ready. Despite those mocks, he was always going to pass, his standard was consistently high and its more than deserved. A pleasure to teach, albeit for a very short time! Well done again, enjoy the road 🚗💨

Big CONGRATULATIONS to Aaron 🎉 who has passed his test first time at Steeton with just a handful of driver faults 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Aaron has been a pleasure to teach, never grumbling and just knuckling down. He had some driving experience already, so we added to that covering what was necessary and any struggles he had. He had some frustrations in the run upto test once we began mocks, realising the small things that easily become fails on test. But, he carried on and got to grips with it all. A lovely exam standard driver 👍🏻 Aarons brother Jacob was one of the other recent passes, so good to get both brothers done and dusted 😊 well done again, enjoy the road! 🚗💨

Third test of the week and....... HATRICK 💪🏻

Huge CONGRATULATIONS to Layla 🎉 who has passed her test at Skipton today with just the 4 driver faults 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Layla hasnt had the best of experiences in her driving career before today, making it all the more thoroughly deserved. Layla came to me after some learning with another instructor, she had plenty of knowledge but there was gaps there that needed filling. We covered our lessons and she implemented the things which were missing for my liking of standard. She had never passed a mock before previously and eventually to her surprise that came. More followed and she was more than ready for the real deal. I dont think Layla ever fully believed in herself after past experiences, but there was no doubt that pink licence would arrive 👏🏻 much deserved! Well done again and enjoy the road 🚗💨

Massive CONGRATULATIONS to Oscar 🎉 who has passed his test first time at Steeton with only 1 measly fault 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Oscar has had a super relaxed approach to learning how to drive, a lot of the times for my liking too relaxed! He completed his lessons at a good pace and became comfortable with driving. Towards the end Oscar remained in his calm, relaxed state, constantly knowing "it'd be fine" when the day came. I pushed Oscar for more, he tried his hardest and eventually got his first mock pass on his last lesson before test. He held it together and went out and produced a near perfect drive 👏🏻 cant argue with that! Well done again, enjoy the road 🚗💨

Big CONGRATULATIONS to Jacob 🎉 who has passed his test first time at Steeton with just 3 driver faults 🎉🎉🎉 Jacob has been a competent driver from the start, having a really good understanding of controlling a vehicle and becoming very confident behind the wheel. As we were getting closer to test Jacob became a little casual, probably finding driving too easy! However, the realisation kicked in and he really dug deep towards the end. Ensuring that his drive was at an acceptable standard he began to pass his mocks and got ready for the day. Unfortunately i was out of action and didnt get the pleasure of attending, but he took his own car and got his reward! Well done again, enjoy the road 🚗💨🚜

Big CONGRATULATIONS to Becky 🎉 who has passed her test at a scorching Skipton with just a handful of driver faults 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Becky hasn't had an easy path to today, taking lessons in a more abstract way... being away at Uni, Becky has come home during term time hols and completed lessons as and when she can. A far from ideal situation giving no consistency with learning and months at a time with no practice. But, this was the hand we were dealt and Becky powered through. With 2/3 hour lessons at a time, which were quite a slog on a few occasions for her, Becky got there. We persevered with the situation and she started to demonstrate the standard required. With brill feedback from the examiner Becky finally got her reward today. A long journey, but it all paid off 👏🏻 well done again, enjoy the road 🚗💨

And second test of the week...

Massive CONGRATULATIONS to Ciara 🎉 who has passed her test first time at Steeton with just 4 driver faults 🎉🎉🎉 Ciara has been a real nice easy pupil. Shes plodded along covering her lessons at a steady pace, no rushing or desperation like so many young pupils have. There were lessons ofcourse where some things needed more work than others, but there was never any drama or issues. Days finishing late at college or long shifts at work, where a driving lesson was the last thing she wanted to be doing, she still turned up and cracked on 💪🏻 we covered all her worries in the run upto test, mocks began and the passes came along. A practically perfect drive in the hour before test and she got the deserved result. Well done again Ciara, enjoy the road 🚗💨

First test of the week....

Big CONGRATULATIONS to Raheem 🎉 who has passed his test first time at Steeton with just 4 driver faults 🎉🎉🎉 Raheem came to me after a couple of lessons with another instructor, not feeling any rapport he opted for a change. The change paid off as Raheem progressed through lessons brilliantly. We spent some time covering routes and building on the basics. When the topic of roundabouts arised Raheem found his nemesis. Fair to say he didnt enjoy these! But, we powered through and covered them over and over again until we were in a decent frame of mind. He began mocks and got his first one passed on his last lesson! Unfortunately i couldn't have the pleasure of seeing Raheems success, but he sourced an alternative car and got what he deserved 👏🏻 well done again Raheem, thoroughly deserved! Enjoy the road 🚗💨

Big CONGRATULATIONS to Leah 🎉 who has passed her test at Skipton with just 1 little minor 🎉🎉🎉🎉 once she got going, Leah learnt well, having very little struggle in covering lesson topics. Her very laidback attitude saw her progress at a steady pace upto mocks and then the niggly work began. Leah became confident behind the wheel but had areas that were missing, areas that needed addressing before being ready for test. Slowly but surely she added the elements required and eventually got to today. Leah wont mind me saying that her last lesson before test wasnt the most accomplished, but she saved the best til last and got what she deserved 👏🏻 well done again, enjoy the road 🚗💨
