Chris Turland Artist and Signwriter Artist in Residence at Orchard Barn Rural Skills Development Centre

I have always enjoyed painting landscapes and seascapes, I have been drawn to depicting water and watercraft ever since I started painting. Paintings of canals and canal boats are something which draws all three together and I find this incredibly satisfying. The local coast in Suffolk where I live gives all year round inspiration and also supplies reference for the historical work I produce. One

of my specialties is commission work for cars, motorcycles and other street vehicles

I also produce pictures of ships and boats and am happy to take commission for particular subjects.
