🔥 B48 SPARK PLUGS

Stock plugs are fine up to around 350–360 hp, but above that we’ve seen ceramic cracking issues.

We then tried an NGK Racing 10 heat range plugs, but started getting misfires around 450 hp.

Our current choice is the latest S58 plugs. The only real difference between these is the better protection around the ceramic insulator.

We’ve had no issues up to 500+ hp with these plugs, its what we use and reccommend.

Had this Jaguar XJR-S 6.0L V12 on the dyno and in the workshop.

We did some wiring work on the car before going on the dyno for a power test and tune.

Making 304BHP and 458Nm.

Mini R56 GP2 hitting 254BHP and 357Nm after tune and service.

Oil and filter change, did an alignment check then onto the Dyno to see if we could make any more power.

N55 Engine being dismantled, after being completey seized. We believe to be a thrust washer issue, but as Matt dives deeper into the engine, we discover just how bad the damage is.

We had this 2025 BMW M3 G80 in.

Same day unlock, done just in the morning, then straight onto tuning, which made 628 BHP and 750 Nm.

This previously had a tuning box which did its job well, but the higher RPM power dropped significantly.

On the road with .gp3 GP3 with our HT500 kit.

We both had this kit installed on our development car. Mini Cooper S and Mark's GP3, We knew building a 500 horsepower kit was possible, But the unknown was if the power could be reasonably put down through the front wheel.

It was a pleasant surprise how well the GP3 puts down the power, with just a little bit of wheel spin through 3rd gear.
