A proper classic through the doors.

Instead of replacing the worn interior, we restored the original leather keeping the car authentic while bringing it back to life.

Leather restoration is a detailed process. First the leather is deep cleaned to remove years of oils and dirt, then worn areas are repaired and smoothed before applying a colour-matched leather pigment to restore the original shade. Finally everything is sealed with a protective finish so it looks factory again and lasts for years.

Instead of replacing the worn interior, we restored the original leather keeping the car authentic while bringing it back to life.

Motorcycles like Harley-Davidson often cost serious money. Many riders invest £15,000–£30,000+ into their bike, yet the factory seat is usually mass produced to suit the “average” rider.

That’s where custom upholstery makes a real difference.

On this Harley seat we worked on, the original seat didn’t position the rider comfortably. Instead of just recovering it, we rebuilt it to suit the rider.

• Foam reshaped to improve support
• Rider position moved forward by 50 mm to allow easy reach of pedals
• Completely new cover made from scratch

We regularly modify motorcycle seats to suit the rider, whether that means:

• lowering seat height
• reshaping foam for better ergonomics
• adding gel pads or memory foam
• installing heated seat elements

When someone has invested that much in their bike, it makes sense that the seat should actually fit the rider.

Comfort should be essential. Not optional.

Let’s continue yesterday’s video with the finer details 👇

We recently completed this Ford F150 seat — fully rebuilt from the ground up.
Started with a full strip-down and a fresh frame refinish in gloss black.
New foam was custom-cut, shaped, and layered with different densities to deliver the ultimate comfort.

For the finish, we went with a brown distressed vinyl for that vintage look, paired with brown Dynamica suede.
We gave Hubert free will design and he came in with thick pleats and bolsters look to give the seat real depth and character.

Laser-etched large Ford logo, brown stitching throughout, French seams, top stitches, and hand-stitched visors to complete the build.

We even created a pair of cushions from repurposed mistake panels to complete the setup. It wasn’t an easy process, but the result was worth it.

Skills, and experience tested ?

This one took hours but what’s your alternative?— square perforated leather is no joke! Every tiny hole has to line up perfectly, and you can’t just fill and sand like smooth leather.

✅ Deep cleaned & prepped
✅ glued a special back patch
✅ Layered flexible repair compound
✅ Used an old screwdriver , ground it in to a square shape , torched it to re create perforation.
✅ Custom colour match in house purely by eye & airbrushed .
✅ Sealed for a factory look

Slow, detailed work — but the result? Looks brand new again with only slight scaring.

This GSX1400 came in for a seat lowering and full retrim.

We started by carefully reshaping the seat foam to lower the rider position for improved comfort and control. Then, we crafted a custom cover in premium material, finished with orange diamond stitching to perfectly complement the bike’s burnt orange paintwork.
