LONG BUT IMPORTANT POST

After Angus's sudden death in October. I have been forced to review the business and the way it is working. Whilst putting my own health and Peter first.
With this in mind we are changing the way we work. We are stopping selling trailers, supply and fit of towbars.

Moving forward we will be renting our building out while keeping a section of the yard to allow some trailer spare sales and also the Autoperfekt sales.
We will be attending the shows we have commitmented too with the Autoperfekt and kats corner which has some new exciting additions arriving at the end of next week.
A new van is ordered and I will putting together a monthly round of visits for Autoperfekt sales and some of the new kats corner products.

Barclay and Daughters have taken over the static caravan movements with Peter going back to work with them on the 6th of April.

All towbars have manufacturers warranties and they can direct you to the agent handling those. I will be here to help.

We will be at the workshop until the 3rd if April mainly finishing up a few things before we start to get the building ready to rent.

Last but not least myself and Peter would like to thank everyone that has supported us especially when we lost Angus. Thank you to all our towbar customers many have become friends over the years.

Truckman supplied an electric roller shutter to the customer. We removed the surround fitted and wired the shutter. Then re fitted the surround. We think it looks amazing on the pick up

Thank you to all our customers, suppliers and friends that have supported us for the last eight weeks. We are taking our normal Christmas holidays this year and look forward to re opening on Monday 5th of January let's make next year the best yet and those looking down on us proud. Here's to the passing the baton on to the next generation.

After the sudden death of Angus. We are now open again its a soft opening for the moment. As we find our way without Angus whom was a huge presence and will be so missed.

Suddenly at his work on Thursday 30th October 2025, Angus Beaton (Gus), aged 54 years (A. J. Grant & Sons), Aird Crescent, Kirkhill. Loving husband of Katriona, proud dad of Peter, also a dear son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Funeral ceremony on Friday 14th November 2025 at 1.30pm in Inverness Crematorium. All welcome to attend. Dress code optional. No flowers please. Donations in memory of Angus towards Secret Santa (supporting people in need, throughout Inverness) may be given at the door. Inverness Crematorium livestream link will be available from D. Chisholm & Sons' website (Funeral Notices).

When Park's Jaguar had a customer on holiday looking at a stunning E pace but needed the towbar to tow the caravan home and with the current situation with JLR and the tow panel not being available. After talking everything over the customer trusted us to cut the bumper. So here it is Angus and Lewis did an amazing job keeping the cut as small as possible.

We fitted a Tow-Trust Towbars Ltd fixed swan neck towbar with ConWys dedicated electrics.
