A proper drivers car in with us this week, this yellow left hand drive Porsche 996 GT3

In with the team following an MOT failure for a few minor repairs, where we replaced the horns and carried out a basic headlight alignment to suit UK roads.

But what makes this GT3 even more interesting is the life it’s lived. Originally supplied in Russia before making its way to Japan, then Dubai, and now finally finding a home here in the UK.

And as for the drive, there’s not much better than an early GT3. No driver aids, just raw Mezger powered Porsche driving exactly how it should.

Stepping into summer properly starts with ice cool air conditioning. 🧊💨

At SVP, we offer everything from air conditioning regas services and leak testing through to in-depth diagnostics to help pinpoint faults properly.

Take this Porsche Macan for example, it recently had a regas elsewhere with still no working aircon. We were able to diagnose a faulty pressure sensor thanks to our Porsche PIWIS diagnostic systems. After replacing it and regassing the system we were able to get it back working exactly as it should.
