Blue Line Garage are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in our office in Ingleton.

This is a permanent position and full or part time hours will be considered - can be flexible for school hours for parents with school children if required.

Previous experience working in a small office and dealing with accounts would be preferred and a knowledge of QuickBooks would be an advantage but full training can be given to the right candidate.

Various duties included - invoicing customers, taking payments, answering the phone, dealing with customers, booking jobs and paying suppliers.

If the MOT on your car, van or motorbike is due then get ahead and sort your booking early 📅

Don’t forget you can have the MOT up to a month (minus a day) before it’s due and still keep your renewal date!

A great start to the week finding out we had been broken into around 1am this morning, not much damage & not much taken thankfully.

They did try to steal a customers BMW but didn't get far considering it had no gearbox fitted 🤡

The only issue is they locked the car after their failed attempt and have taken the keys. If anyone comes across a BMW key like the one pictured around Ingleton can you drop it off at blueline please 😁.
