Thanks to the latest KESS3 support for Continental SID212 ECUs, found on many Ford 2.0 EcoBlue vehicles from 2017 onwards, we can now work with these ECUs in Bench mode without sending them away for unlocking or preparation.

That means faster turnaround, better control and a more efficient service for Transit Custom owners.

Available services include:

Performance remapping
Economy-focused remapping
DPF diagnostics and solutions
AdBlue diagnostics and solutions

Supported Ford models include Transit Custom, Tourneo Custom, Ranger, Ranger Raptor, Transit, Focus, Kuga, Mondeo, Galaxy, S-Max and more.

Call out job from the other day, this transit was having DPF and EGR issues, the customer took it to local garage to have the DPF unblocked forever!

These systems needed mapping out and while we were there we put an economy tune on for better smiles per gallon.

Taking this transit mk8 euro 5 2.2 from 140bhp to 165bhp and up to 10% kick back on fuel savings, depending on how heavy the right foot is.
