Ilfracombe Service Station is currently recruiting a sales assistant, Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in retail or cash handling would be useful but not essential.

Duties and requirements:

-We are looking for a motivated individual, to work an average 36 hour week on a 3 week rolling rota to include weekends, evenings and bank holidays, one weekend off in three.

- Taking cash and credit card payments.

- Re-stocking shelves.

- Ensure that all correct opening and closing procedures are adhered to.

- Taking deliveries, keeping forecourt and shop areas clean and tidy.

- Assisting customers with gas cylinders, coal and logs.

- You will need to be trustworthy and capable of working on your own initiative.

- Must be over the age of 21 due to the nature of business.
