This van was a complete surprise for Tom - he knew a van was coming, but he had no idea what! We completely blew all expectations with this one 💪🏼

We’re so proud to reveal our completed VW Transporter Dropside build!🤩

This project is truly one of a kind. It’s the first we’ve ever done, but we can imagine it won’t be the last!

VW TRANSPORTER DROPSIDE SERIES - PART FOUR!

The van is officially all painted, so it’s time for the rebuild!🛠️

This is a very technical part of the process that requires a lot of patience, and a lot of planning. To someone like me (and maybe you!) this process looks really tricky. But our skilled technician Craig does these rebuilds in just a couple of hours - thanks to years of experience and finding a system that works for him!🔩

Once that LVR front bumper went on, the whole front end just transformed! Along with the bed, it’s really starting to look like a van again. But as we said, it’s just a grey van right now, and thats not our style.😉

Make sure to tune in tomorrow to see the fully rebuilt van, however - this isn’t the end! There’s one final step coming after tomorrow, and we cant wait to show you the fully completed project!🔥

It’s time to get cracking on this Dropside!

This video is all about the prep, and it was all filmed in house by the workshop lads (so bear with us on this one)🤣

The prep and paint is probably the longest part of any project, but we really took our time with it on this van. The lads masked out every little bit and piece, sanded, cleaned and finished this van perfectly, all ready for that first lick of paint.

And of course… they didn’t film the paint 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣 but that means a paint reveal is coming tomorrow!
