MOT expiry January 2022

This being sold on behalf of one of our customers. It will come with a habitation check and an independent vehicle inspection report which we feel will give the buyer peace of mind. It has a fully documented service history with a folder full of dated receipts including new gearbox, DMF and clutch around 16k miles ago and within the last year, all new tyres, front and rear brake discs and pads and a steering rack. This was a daily driver and needed to be reliable. MOT advisories have been cleared year by year.

The camper is a Beckenham ‘Freeway’ Conversion was carried out in circa 2006 using all TUV approved materials and appliances including Voringer, Dometic, Smev, and Reimo. The current owner has had this since April 2008 (13 years) using it to get around the country with her magic act.
Beckenham are no longer trading but this conversion was carried out well before the current popular trend and as such it has been very well thought out and very well put together.

The Beckenham standard conversion consists of contemporary light wood panelling and carbon look worktops which remains up to date and with a layout that is different to pretty much every VW camper you will see.
It includes blown air heating, large water tank. 3 way fridge, Smev 2 hob cooker and sink. Zig unit, 240v hook up. Leisure battery (replaced August 2019 and fitted with a battery isolator).
The seat we believe is a Reimo ‘Variotec’ sliding rear seat/bed which Beckenham fitted in the majority of their conversions and it also has a Reimo elevating roof, roof bed and memory foam topper.

It does have some age related marks and d***s and is in no way meant to be or inferred as being perfect but it has been used as a camper for the last 13 years without fault or incident which in itself is testament to the build quality.

If you’re looking for a camper that you can use everyday and is different from everything else out there, look no further. Fits in multi-storey car parks, garage and height restricted car parks. A very versatile camper – the rear seat can be removed if you wish to transport big items.

Excellent condition, lovingly maintained by non smoking enthusiast owner.

This camper needs to be seen to be appreciated.

First post in a while so catching up on some recent works. This was the latest to leave the J4 Campers workshop - twin slider Caravelle with roof and reconfigured with the original equipment rear lighting and ventilation

We have kept quiet during the lockdown because we had planty of work booked in but we can now be open for business subject please to booking an appointment so that we can be prepared for your visit.

Our hire vans have been grounded since last Monday 16th March but just to clarify and in line with Government guidance we are closed for business until such time as we are allowed to re-open.
Lets get through this by staying at home. Work on your vans will continue when it is safe to do so.
