Time really is flying at the moment, we have made a lot of progress on the classics however we have some ‘catch up posting’ to do, so keep an eye on our page over the next week or so! 💨

⭐️ Workshop update ⭐️

Phil’s TR7 is in with us for a re-commission. Having been of the roads since 2003 this one is in need of some gentle TLC, the plan is strictly mechanical with this one to allow Phil to enjoy his car once more, with the bodywork being seen to at a later date. We plan to drop the fluids and give it a major service, change tyres and any other running gear we see fit, then present it for a MOT and get it back to being a useable classic.

Tony’s Sunbeam has definitely seen better days, we have now been given the go-ahead for a full nut and bolt restoration, this car has been left sat since 1981 and has been open to the elements. The plan with this one is to remove everything from the car and see how much of a shell we have left to start with 🫣

The little Stag in the corner is owned by yours truly… meaning it is pushed to the back of the queue whilst we crack on with the paying jobs 😂 our plan with this one is to re-commission the engine and give it a re-spray, the bodywork is not bad at all and it is mostly solid underneath.

1979 Triumph TR7 collected for recommissioning 🙌🏻This TR7 hasn’t turned a wheel since 2003, thankfully it has been sat in a garage all these years and didn’t take much to get rolling… fingers crossed for a straight forward recommision! 🤞🏻

We had the absolute privilege of handing over the Rolls Royce to John this afternoon after spending the past few months working on his beloved car, bringing it back to showroom standard.

John had no idea he was being reunited with the Rolls today, making it even more special!

We would like to thank The Motorist for making today possible, as John is a frequent weekend visitor to the classic car hot-spot we thought it would be fitting for the car to be waiting inside for him upon arrival today. 🙌🏻

Also a huge thankyou to John’s partner Sammy for helping us organise the surprise and keeping it a secret for so long.

Work on the little alpine has started!

We knew this one would be a tough one… seized engine components have added to the man hours massively but we will persevere!

We plan to remove the engine and running gear completely, which will then allow us to put the car on our rotisserie and see just how bad the underside is 🫣
