Here is a recent job we did on a VW T5.1 transporter with CFCA engine 180BHP BiTDi, they suffer a common fault where oxidisation within the EGR cooler sends aluminium particles through the combustion chamber resulting in damage to the pistons, piston rings and cylinder walls. After an engine rebuild the customer wanted to fully eliminate the issue and opted for a complete removal of this system and we were more than happy to help them do so. If you own a T5.1 or T6 with this engine code it is well worth looking into before you start experiencing issues such as excessive oil consumption, smoking and DPF issues amongst other symptoms and catch the problem before it costs you an engine rebuild or replacement, if you would like more information on this issue then call or drop us a message and we will be more than happy to help 💪

We recently had the pleasure of working on this brand new 21 registered mercedes sprinter 4x4 with an obvious difference to most on the road 😁 it had covered less than 300 miles and the customer wanted the works, including most emissions control solutions plus a stage 1 map. The customer uses this vehicle hard and carries a lot of weight along with a lot of towing! It was already a decent 190bhp from factory! We however got her to a much more impressive 230bhp with 530nm from 440nm standard 💪, please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like a similar tweak to your beloved motor to ensure you are getting the best bang for your buck 😎
