Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Vehicle Technician to join our team at Golding Barn Garage. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they are safe and performing at their best. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess qualifications as an MOT tester and boast several years of experience in the trade. This role offers a Full-Time commitment with a 45-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
MOT Testing

- Diagnose and address mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.

- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and within established timeframes.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Full-Time Service Adviser and admin to join our team at Golding Barn Garage. As a Service Adviser and administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for ensuring their service experience is seamless and their vehicle needs are met as well as helping out with any admin required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.

- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues and requirements.

- Provide accurate cost estimates and explanations of necessary repairs.

- Coordinate service work with the technical team and ensure timely completion.

- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes to the service plan.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service appointments.

- Assisting with admin

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a service adviser or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and use automotive service software.
