This customer come to us with his VW CRAFTER camper conversion in need of help.

Another tow bar company attempted to fit the tow bar but it didn’t go to plan, and they weren’t prepared to carry out the fitting of the vehicle-specific electrics.

Within a few days we were able to book the vehicle in for fitting the 13-pin vehicle-specific wiring kit and the online diagnostic coding to activate the VW towing features.

✅ Result: One VERY happy customer. 🙌

We just fitted the fixed fl**ge tow bar and 13-pin vehicle-specific electrics to this 2022 Ford Tourneo Custom and this customer wanted a rear step fitted too…

We could have fitted a normal towbar step but it would have been detected by the rear parking sensors, and this customer didn’t want to settle for second best.

So we supplied and fitted this Pro-Step and relocated the rear parking sensors into the step so this customer wouldn’t lose the factory-fitted parking sensors functionality.
