A very broken Mercedes water pump. Not a job for the faint hearted this job tested us from start to finish. Everything was covered in coolant and oil, a very dirty job indeed.

2.0 ford mondeo in today for loss of coolant and overheating. After finding the thermostat housing was leaking it was still over heating, but because of our combined knowledge we told the customer that it was going to need a new timing belt and water pump. The timing belt was about ready to let go when we got it opened up and the below video shows what we suspected the water pump had failed so all replaced then an oil service and mot and out the door.
