Terms and Conditions for the Petrol Pump Free Prize Draw (please note this is not open to Ashcroft staff)

This free draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.

You will automatically be entered into a free prize draw when you comment on this Facebook post entitled ‘Have you spotted an Ashcroft Free Prize Draw on a petrol pump recently in Crawley and Horley’ with details of where you saw the Ashcroft Care Services Petrol Pump Advertisement offering ‘a chance to win £50’. You can also enter without that information by simply commenting below that you would like to enter.

The draw is free to enter and there is a maximum of one entry per individual. Winners must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK. Employees of Ashcroft or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.

By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The prize will be a £50 Amazon E-Voucher. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

You must comment in the Facebook post below by 01/11/20. The winner will be notified via their Facebook account by 06/11/20. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days or another draw will take place. Details of the winner will be available via our page once the winner has been advised that we intend to publish their name (without objection).

The Promoter is Ashcroft Care Services, Unit 21, Gatwick Metro Centre, Balcombe Road, Horley, RH6 9GA. The promoter (Ashcroft) reserves the right to amend the T&C’s at any time, its decision regarding the winner will be final, and they will not enter into correspondence into any participant other than to administer the e-voucher award.
