Ford transit we had in for cylinder 3 miss fire previous garage fitted 4 injectors but had no luck

We found that the cylinder head gasket was cracked and therefore Cross firing across cylinder 3 and 4, replacement cylinder head and head gasket and the van is good for many more miles !

* Various wet belt changes carried out
* VW Transporter in for a missfire replacement cylinder 3 injector fitted customer was very happy !
* Clutch replacement on a Fiat Panda, we have not seen one that bad in a while 😣
* Audi A3 2.0 TDI EA888 variant timing chain replacement
* Audi A5 2.0 TDI in with a snapped cambelt ! Big job on these but no jobs too big for us😏

Do you own a Citroen/peugeot/ Vauxhall with the 1.0/1.2 psa engine and have been suffering with a heavy brake pedal or intermittent oil pressure fault ?

We have been carrying out an awful lot of wet belt replacements on the vehicles with these engines fitted ! Yes these engines have the infamous wet belt fitted and are starting to cause engine failures from as little as 40 thousand miles 😳

We carry out the replacement on these and offer same day turn around, correct tools used and we only fit main dealer parts.

Ford focus 1.0 ecoboost

customer wanted reassurance after hearing about all the nightmares that are occurring in regards to these engines so he opted to have his belts replaced. As you can see by the state of his oil pick up he was one lucky man !

Ford fiesta 1.0 ecoboost

The engines now back being reassembled after damaging the crankshaft due to oil starvation. Just look at the state of the oil pick up 😩

Ford fiesta 1.25 zetec

Replacement cambelt and waterpump fitted and a clutch after complaining of clutch judder we can now see why !

Customer complaints of the brake pedal being hard to depress, we have seen this on the 2.0 ecoblue as this as a common symptom of the wet belt breaking up and causing the vacuum pumps to fail but not on the 1.0 however this was the same case. Replacement vacuum pump oil pump and of course the belts themselves was replaced

Busy, busy, busy! 😮‍💨

• Mercedes V class in for a water-pump service
& parking brake fault! All rectified on the same day 😎

• Next customer came in for a complaint that their vehicle wasn’t driving right🤔 On investigation it was clear to see they had a tyre issue😳 We offer a complimentary tyre & brake check to prevent these sorts of issues arising !

• We had a lovely Mini Cooper JCW in for a full service, new front & rear pads with all genuine parts used 🫶🏼

• Then a Ford Transit wet belt replacement, one lucky escape for this customer, as the oil pick up was blocked 💀

• A Vauxhall Astra convertible in for diagnostic work for a flooded boot, which was found to be blocked drain ports ☔️

• Lastly a Renault Clio 1.2 turbo who’s timing chain snapped at 40 thousand miles☹️ Engine rebuilt and refitted🤩
