Two more noisy diesel timing chains replaced this week on both F31 320d and F11 525d models. Timing out on both engines due to stretched chains and chain tensioners fully extended, both caught in time before fatally snapping. Timing chain setups completely renewed using genuine BMW parts as always and carry a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty. On manual models we also supply new clutches as part of our package.

Rare BMW E46 Alpina B3S Convertible in Estoril Blue. In recently for an annual service and now back to take care of some advisories.

1. Replace both front complete steering tie rods (inner & outer)
2. Replace steering column UJ coupling
3. Wheel alignment
4. Replace engine cam cover gasket
5. Replace engine chain tensioner with sealing ring
6. Carry out full auto gearbox service with sump pan gasket, filter, screws, 7 litres of fluid
7. Replace engine coolant temp sensor and carry out coolant change

BMW F83 M4 Comp in for KW EDC suspension coilovers all round and engine exhaust camshaft realignment to stop the common S55 engine rattle from cold.

Genuine BMW front shock absorber top mounts with gaskets added to the KW package to stop the common creaking noise these develop. Exhaust camshaft realignment carried out using genuine BMW special tools and reassembled using genuine BMW gaskets and fuel injector seals.

Ever wondered what a 2016 BMW Diesel engine looks like 70,000 miles overdue a service? Engine smoking, bottom end knocking and literally driven until it stopped! We managed to source a new crate engine from BMW for £4500 and replaced along with turbo & exhaust CAT. Yearly oil changes would have been less than 10% of the repair bill.

Lack of posts from us recently due to the volume of work we’ve had in.

Here is a 20’ plate G20 M340i XDrive in for front and rear Eibach anti-roll bars and Turner front suspension tension arm monoballs. Both front and rear subframes removed to fit the roll bars so very labour intensive job. Great upgrade on this model though!

- 2 x genuine BMW PAS hoses with clamps, sealing rings and BMW ATF fluid change
- 2 x genuine BMW gearbox bungs and BMW MTF LT2 oil change
- Genuine BMW rear axle diff input seal with lock plate, exhaust downpipe gaskets, exhaust downpipe nuts/bolts, exhaust backbox nuts, diff drain/fill bungs and BMW L*D 75w140 with FM Booster oil change
