🏁 A blank canvas… but not for long.

Some of you may have noticed we’ve been a little quieter than usual lately… and there’s a very good reason why.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working on something that’s going to be a huge milestone for Whitsun Motorsport. This empty workshop won’t stay empty for long, and we can’t wait to transform it into our new home.

It’s the start of an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking forward to taking you along for the journey.

Big well done to Mark and Annabel in the XK120 on the Three Castles Trial!

It was Mark’s first major rally and they came away with an amazing result:
🏁 1st in class
🏁 Winner of the best car award
🏆 Winners of the team award as part of a 5 car team

The XK120 ran faultlessly throughout the entire event, which is a real testament to the level of preparation and attention to detail put into the car by our team before the rally.

We’ve had this stunning Jaguar XK120 in the workshop over the past few weeks, carrying out a thorough programme of preparation ahead of next week’s Three Castles Rally. 🏁✨

With an event like this, attention to detail is everything. The car has undergone extensive checks, servicing and fine-tuning throughout to ensure it’s ready for the demands of several days of touring and competition. From mechanical inspections to preventative maintenance and final road testing, every aspect has been carefully considered to give Mark and Annabel the best possible reliability and performance for the event.

It’s been a pleasure to work on such an iconic classic, and we’re delighted to see it ready for the road once again.

We’d like to wish Mark and Annabel the very best of luck for the rally. Have a fantastic time, enjoy the experience, and we look forward to hearing all about it when you return! 🍀🚗

What a year it’s been! We’ve had a great variety of cars and projects roll through the workshop, from small jobs to big builds, and we couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who’s trusted us with their pride and joy.

It’s been a busy few weeks here in the workshop!

✔️ New aluminium floor fitted to a 3.5t horsebox
✔️ Fresh rubber flooring installed in a 7.5t horsebox
🔧 And our machine shop has been keeping busy with plenty of cylinder head and block machining.
Never a dull moment!
