Alfie’s Mustang came in with an engine light and an ‘Exhaust Mode Selection Unavailable" warning on the dash. We could immediately see the passenger side active exhaust valve was stuck closed, so we carried out a full diagnostic inspection to see what codes was logged.

The wiring and signals to the valve all tested okay, so we stripped it down for a closer look… and found the culprit, A couple of stones had wedged themselves against the valve spring, locking it shut. Stones removed, fault codes cleared, and after a full road test the Mustang was back to sounding and driving exactly as it should.

Mercedes A class came in to us for some tuning, apparently had been tuned elsewhere and the customer didn't really feel any difference, so we pulled the file off and checked it, it was a stock file and not tuned at all. We applied one of our custom tunes.
136HP > 165HP + 29HP
300NM > 380NM + 80NM
