𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶 𝗥𝗦𝟳 - A customer brought in their RS7 with issues starting the car when on inclines/declines. After thorough diagnostics with our main dealer software, we identified weak fuel delivery. Replaced high-pressure fuel pumps, road-tested, and confirmed working. 👍

Customer bought their vehicle to us reporting hesitation while driving, juddering, and a loss of engine coolant.
Upon investigation, we examined the gearbox oil and detected a burnt smell.
We proceeded to remove the gearbox and disassemble the dual clutch packs, revealing burnt friction plates. (See last image)
The cause of this issue was coolant contamination within the dual clutch friction plates, stemming from a radiator failure.
We replaced the radiator using genuine parts, flushed the gearbox oil lines, and installed a new dual clutch kit. After a successful road test, we confirmed that everything is now functioning properly.
