Saturday morning was a good day! The U9 West Lynn FC lads played some brilliant football. As matchday sponsors we selected Liam (centre) as our player of the match but to be fair they all deserved credit. Football was definitely the winner that day 💪⚽️

Case study - This particular customer had a requirement for an anti-friction and wear surface. The plate comes into contact with bottles that run along the surface. We applied our premium PTFE based coating to provide the customer the finish they desired.

I'm sure you will agree the finish looks superb. Another problem solved here at EMC.

These particular parts are used in the processing of cheese and dairy products. The finish creates an excellent non-stick surface that improves efficiencies - easy clean, reducing machinery downtime, improving product flow etc.
