Wet belt failure.
These are commonly failing very early in their life due to many reasons Including poor servicing, Incorrect oil and neglect for maintenance.
Gradually the belts break up and begin to block the oil pick up. Then the belt can either break or it starts to lose teeth resulting in it breaking after a short while.
If caught before failure it prevents major engine damage.Get your transit booked in now for a wet belt change before it's too late.

2015 Focus 1.0 eco boost in for a wet belt.
These are known for breaking up and blocking the oil pick up resulting catastrophic engine failure.
This one had done 93K and the strainer was almost completely blocked with belt debris.As part of this we also replacement the oil pump belt.
