🚗✨ Another visit from a returning customer with this Kia XCeed.

It was a pretty miserable, rainy day when it came in, but thankfully the skies cleared by the time it was finished — and it really showed off the shine.

A Standard Service was all it needed to get it looking fresh again and ready for everyday use.

One of the biggest benefits of returning is that I already know the car, what the owner likes and what it normally needs, so each visit can be tailored around that.

It makes looking after the car easier for the customer, and I get to build a relationship with people who trust me to keep their car looking its best.

🚗✨ Another one from a returning customer — this time their 23-plate Ford Puma.

Being a relatively new car and the first owner, it obviously wasn’t in bad condition, but after being used for a while it had picked up the usual dirt and grime from everyday driving.

They wanted to give it a proper freshen-up, so it came in for a Standard Service.

After a thorough clean inside and out, the difference was really noticeable. The paintwork came up seriously shiny and the whole car looked much fresher than when it arrived.

Sometimes a car doesn’t need a massive detail — it just needs a proper clean to bring it back to looking its best.

Always good to see a returning customer bringing another car back to me as well. 👍

🚗 Another Ford Focus in from a returning customer!

This one came in looking pretty dirty, and the owner was getting ready to sell it. They wanted to get it looking noticeably cleaner and fresher without going overboard, so we went with a Premium Service to give it the refresh it needed.

There was quite a bit to work through, but the difference was huge — the car went from looking tired and dirty to looking clean, fresh and much more presentable.

The owner was really happy with how clean it looked when it was finished, which is exactly what we were aiming for. It gave the car a much better first impression before putting it up for sale.

For this customer, the Premium Service was the right option because it matched what they wanted from the car. If you’re selling a car and want to take it even further, the Ultimate Service would be the option I’d recommend for getting it as close to showroom-ready as possible.

I always try to recommend the service that actually suits the condition of the car and what you want to get out of it, rather than just automatically going for the most expensive option.

🚗 Another visit for this Kia Xceed from a returning customer!

This one came back in for another Premium Service, giving it a really good refresh inside and out and getting it back looking fresh again.

One thing I always try to do is make sure I’m recommending what your car actually needs, rather than just putting everyone through the same service.

If your car just needs a regular tidy-up, the Standard Service might be perfect. If it needs a bit more attention, Premium could be the better option, and if you’re looking for a really thorough reset, the Ultimate is there for that.

Then, if you want to keep it looking like that, you can move onto my Maintenance Service afterwards. 🔄

I think this is one of the best ways to look after a car long-term — get it properly brought back up to standard first, then keep on top of it with regular maintenance rather than letting everything build up again.

Whether you’ve got kids, dogs, use your car every day, or just like keeping it looking its best, I’ll always try to work around what you actually want and need from the service.
