2015 Nissan Qashqui

Kwik fit replaced a battery on customer vehicle After he drove away the engine light came on and stop start didnt work.
We went to have a look , battery terminals was loose and they never done a battery matching on the new battery so we used our diagnostic computer checked why the engine light was on and did the battery matching.
We checked the new battery and it showed 68% health on the new battery.

The stop start now works and the engine light is off.

2011 Honda Jazz.

Customer said his engine light came on and lost power.

We plugged our diagnostic computer in found faults for random misfires. Customer said it due for a service coz its been 12month since last one.

We tested the battery and it low battery health due to the odd day very hard to start up after afew days.

This vehicle gonna get booked in for service and battery replacement.

2008 Toyota Yaris
Car failed its MOT on a engine light and drivers rear door doest open from the outside.

The door does open but u got to manually unlock it from the inside.

Engine light was a O2 sensor fault which came on just before the Mot yest.

We advised customer last time about this fault.

We ordered the new O2 sensors.
