Just finished this Suzuki X7 build. It had a full strip down re built crankshaft oversized pistons and is good to go. Finishing is vapour blast and Ricochet silver/aluminium on the side covers.

That's it all track ready for the weekend. Oil change, carbs cleaned and balanced. Manual cam chain tensioner checked, cylinder head torque checked. New tyre and chain lubed. Nuts and bolts check, body work to go on then good to go.

Another new product for the Kawasaki here at Centurion. With additional components I can now use my modified starter clutch bearing from the Z range to now fit the 750 Turbo, this is a different assembly to all the others.

Moving on with this carb restoration after completion of the plating yesterday.
