Recent HV battery cell replacement on a 30kwh Nissan Leaf. The vehicle still ran but only had a range of 30 miles or so and required the codes clearing after each ignition cycle. We pinpointed the faulty cell and sourced a tested replacement to get this car back to full operation.

Some recent insulation fault finding undertaken on a Renault Zoe that would trip any power source it was plugged into and therefore would not charge. We found the problem and got it charging again for a fraction of what the customer had been quoted elsewhere.

Recent inverter replacement on this 2018 Nissan Leaf. Unfortunately this vehicle was just out of warranty when it failed and the cost of a new unit wasn't far off the value of the car. At the customers request we replaced the unit with a known good part getting the car back on the road for a fraction of what it may have cost. Fortunately this sort of failure is uncommon but it does happen.

A recent repair on a Mitsubishi I-Miev. Vehicle had a degrading fault eventually leading to a no start. The fault was inside the inverter, we were able to diagnose and offer a repair to the customer as a new inverter would have been more than the car is worth! Our HEVRA membership made this repair possible for the customer saving them ££££'s. Contact us for any Hybrid/EV needs

Toyota Prius in this week with multiple warning lights on the dash. Diagnosed as faulty high voltage battery cells. Battery removed tested and repaired with the vehicle being returned in full working order to the happy customer.
