We are looking for a trainee mechanic to join our team full time or part time. Ideally we are looking for someone who has some experience tyre fitting and servicing, or already studying for their mechanical qualifications. However, if you do not have any experience yet but are serious about learning mechanical engineering and becoming a skilled mechanic, we will consider providing on the job training. Coronavirus update

We have been told by the government that we are on the exempt list to stay open during this pandemic. Therefore, for the public who are not self-isolating and are using their car for work and essentials, we are still carrying out all our usual services such as MOTs, services, repairs etc as all cars on the road should still be safe and roadworthy. If your car is making noises or your tyres have no tread please don’t be afraid to pop down to the garage, we are doing everything here to keep safe. Extra disinfecting, extra glove changes, seat and steering wheel covers, social distancing, distance barriers, phone payments etc. Remember we are just as concerned as you; You do not need to drive dangerously.

Coronavirus update-
To help with social distancing we now offer the option of picking up your car and dropping it back to you when completed. Payment can be done over the phone and keys posted through the letter box.

We are still open for customers who want to drop their car off- people still need running cars and MOTs. However, customers are no longer allowed to wait for their car in the waiting area and we have introduced special measures to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible. Extra disinfecting, extra washing hands, extra glove changes and distance boundaries in reception area. And as always we put seat covers and gloves on in vehicles.
